Moore Capital Holdings owns and operates HCH Capital Group and its affiliated land-lease entity, MCH. Under Texas premises liability law, MCH, as lessor, limits and restricts liability for conditions or activities occurring on the leased premises, with all operational responsibility and duty of care residing with the lessee, except as expressly required by law. Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of statutory protections afforded to lessors under Texas law, nor as an assumption of liability beyond that which is expressly imposed by statute
